Biography
Leah has been moving since age 3, growing up as a competitive dancer and eventually going on to dance professionally. Fitness was always incorporated into her training but became more of a focus as she grew older and became aware of her bodies need for hard work and consistency as opposed to natural ability. While Leah hasn’t always loved working out, she has come to recognized movement as a privilege and loves to celebrate this through many modalities: Dance, Yoga, Weight Lifting, Cardio, and Kickboxing! She loves to offer variety as she recognizes the benefits behind many forms of fitness but most importantly believes in listening to your body to give it the movement (or rest!) that it needs in that moment.
