Biography
Sweat with Jeanette! Defying physics, Jeanette grows finer with time. Her fitness journey began post-college, she completed her first ironman at 40, and her bucket list of fitness goals still grows. Jeanette has coached in cycle, strength, & yoga studios all over NY & NJ and competed in foot races, obstacle races, and triathlons, including the NYC triathlon 3x, usually placing in the Top 10 in her bracket. While Jeanette trains hard, she also recovers well; and practices a routine that includes regular acupressure massages, pre/re hab movements, yoga, and stretching. Jeanette is excited to contribute her passion for a training/ recovery balance to the HelloBalanced community. When Jeanette isn’t working, she’s loves getting out into nature, spending quality time with quality people, and working on her dog-sharing app: Social Paws – an app she created to connect dog-owners and dog-lovers who don’t own dogs!
